Booking Forms

The First photo shows how we booked the DSLR Camera, Tripod and shoulder mount. These are the equipment that we are going to use when recording our music video. The reason why we have to book the equipment is so that they can monitor us as students with them and allow other students to use the equipment when we do not need it. This would help organise our time effectively due to the fact that equipment is limited.

The second photo is permission from the teacher to allow our actor to come into the college building to recorde in the TV studio. This is essentially us taking on responsibility and authority  when bringing actors into our college. This form would be handed to the security on the day we need our actor to come in.

Rules and regulations for Recording

·         Book camera 24 hours ahead (use booking forms)

·         Book studio and theatre if you would like to use

·         Partners reliable????

·         Look at risk assessment for filming, work safely

·         Take call sheet and story board

·         ORGANISE BEFORE FOR BOOKING AND LOCATIONS/TALENT/EQUIPMENT
